Joan Collins: What Do I Wear to Meet the Queen?

Joan Collins has met Queen Elizabeth II many times in her life, but none will be as special as when she officially gets "damed" by Her Majesty this spring.
"I'm going to Buckingham Palace in two or three months," Collins, told PEOPLE at the 14th Annual AARP Movies for Grownups Awards in Los Angeles on Monday which she attended alongside stars like Maria Shriver, Valerie Harper and Kevin Costner. "I'm being named a dame!"
Though the title has already been bestowed upon her, the official "swearing in" ceremony still has yet to occur. When it does however, Dame Collins is pulling out all the stops in true Dynasty fashion.
"I'm planning what I'm going to wear. And I'm planning several big parties," revealed Collins. "And I'm thinking about who I want to invite and who I don't want to invite."

So, will Dame Collins be nervous when she chats with the Queen? Hardly!
"The Queen has always been friendly with me," said Collins who plays nobility herself on E!'s The Royals. "Last time I met her was at the Palace after a theatrical performance of some students. She loves the theater. We discussed Pygmalion."
