DYNASTY REVISITED : EPISODE 4 ... "FASHION SHOT"

REVISITED....
Last time on DYNASTY REVISITED....Alexis discovers her intruder is actually her new bodyguard, who bears a striking likeness to Dex Dexter.. Blake receives a warning from Jeremy Van Dorn, which threatens Krystle and Krystina..Fallon is distraught over her pregnancy, not knowing how to tell Jeff... Sable Colby returns to Denver....
SABLE COLBY RETURNS FOR UNFINISHED BUSINESS!
Sable Colby threw herself down on the spacious sofa and surveyed the room. The suite had not been changed since her last stay, over three years ago. Even though time had passed, she still trembled as she relived the image of Dex falling to his death, losing his life, but saving her horrid cousin. Alexis always managed to somehow land on her feet, or her back in this instance!
The hotel had been redecorated, the balcony needed to be replaced, bloody wood worm had run riot. Sable did not care for 'The Carlton' anymore, too many of life'a bitter memories here. She knew that selling it would enable her to try and erase the memories of the tragedy, if that was at all possible. She was tired, after a hot bath, she would order room service and then have a nap. It was business later, her lawyer would be bringing over the documents, to finish the sale of the hotel. She did wonder who the mystery buyer was, but she had a sneaking suspicion that the person held no mysteries from her. Sable smiled as she thought about her son, who would be joining her later. Sable loved all her children, Miles, Monica, Bliss and Dexter Jr. She only wished her youngest child had gotten the chance to meet his father, whom she missed terribly.
ALEXIS READIES HERSELF TO FACE SABLE COLBY
Alexis studied her face in the hand mirror, she let out a sigh, even though she looked wonderful for her years, she could never be satisfied. Whatever your age, in this society you were judged on your looks, she had an appearance to keep up. The ever stylish, chic and glamorous Alexis Colby, she might be a tough business woman, but she needed to look feminine, a cougar in the boardroom, bordering on pussycat in the bedroom! Alexis applied another coat of lip gloss, she had two appointments to keep this evening. Firstly she had to stop off at 'The Carlton', to sign the all important papers to legally give her ownership of the hotel again. It would of course have to be totally refurbished, her tasteless cousin's choice of decor was more at home in a back street bordello, than an upmarket hotel! Alexis had great plans for the hotel, firstly she would change it's name, totally change the decor and reopen with a lavish charity gala. She had pondered over many names for her new venture and had considered renaming it 'The Morrell Plaza'. She did not want to include Colby in the new name, after all her intentions were to totally remove any reminders of her cousin Sybil! After the papers were signed and sealed, she had arranged to meet Fallon as they were to attend a charity fashion show. All proceeds were to go to Aids research, surely that was a worthwhile cause.
"Mrs Colby!"
Alexis was startled, she always took time to think whilst tending to her makeup.
"Frank! Vanity had me engrossed. What can I do for you?"
Alexis looked straight into his eyes, she could have almost melted, if not for her strong will and been the woman she was.
"Mrs Colby! I think you look wonderful. There are many women who would kill to look like you. They would give anything to learn your secrets!"
Alexis blushed, flattery she found most appealing!
"Thank you Frank! Someday maybe I will tell everyone My Secrets!"
Alexis lit up a cigarette, her only main vice apart from the occasional glass of Champagne and a medicinal Brandy!
"Mrs Colby! I was wondering what time you intend to leave for the hotel?"
Alexis took a puff of her cigarette, she looked him up and down, she could barely stop herself admiring his physique!
"Seven thirty will be fine. Will you have a drink with me? A soft drink of course! After all you will be driving! I would like to find out more about you.. If you have no professional objections, that is?"
Alexis put the remains of the cigarette out and got up to pour the drinks, a Perrier and lemon for Frank and a tonic with a touch of Vermouth for herself.
" I have no objections. After all I am employed to protect you and we have to form some sort of friendship."
Frank accepted the Perrier from her and took a seat on one of her sofa's.
"Tell me about your family, Frank. Adam tells me you were adopted."
Alexis was curious to find out all she could about her handsome protector.
"My mother, that is my adoptive mother was Irish, she worked as a nanny for a movie star in California. She left her employ and took me back to Ireland, her husband got killed in a car accident, I never knew him. I left Dublin when I was fourteen and came back to America after she died of cancer."
Frank took a generous sip of his beverage.
"Did you ever find out anything about your real parents?"
Alexis was intrigued and eager to find out more about him.
"All I really know is, that my real parents lived her in America at the time I was born. I did hear my mother talking to a friend of hers, when I was going to school. She said I had a brother, who died at birth. I never found out when he died."
Alexis lit up another cigarette.
"A brother! How interesting. Do you know where your mother gave birth to you? "
Frank was puzzled at to her eagerness, but flattered that she cared.
" I did ask that question myself. I was told I was born in a nursing home in California. My mother never spoke much about it."
Alexis sat back and pondered over Frank's revelations, the fact that he had a brother, set her mind racing. What if his brother had not died? Alexis was determined to find out all she could by way of her private investigator. She was adamant to find the truth, for Frank's sake!
BLAKE MUST PROTECT HIS FAMILY FROM VAN DORN'S THREATS
Blake Carrington stood in the study of the mansion, looking through the French windows, staring out over the never-ending stretch of lawn. He felt as if there was someone watching every movement that occurred in his house. Van Dorn was out there somewhere, he had to be captured, before his twisted mind caused the injury or even deaths of the people he loved. He had not mentioned the photo to anyone, or the threats that accompanied it. But he knew he had to tell Krystle, he had to alert her to possible danger, so that she could be vigilant. To cause her panic was the last thing on his mind, but she had to keep an eye on Krystina, he could not be with them twenty four seven!
Krystle was more than grateful to have her life back, to have pulled through from the brink of death. She had overcome impossible odds
to find her way back to the man she loved and the child she adored. So much had happened in their lives, somehow miracle's always came through for them. Krystle read through the evening's dinner menu, she was lady of the house and loved every moment of it.
"Krystle! Can we talk? It is really important!"
Blake took her by the arm and led her out of the kitchen, away from the ears of interested staff.
"Darling! I do not wish to alarm you. There is something I have to tell you. Something you should know!"
They both sat down by the fire. Krystle began to worry, what on earth was the matter, now?
"Krystle! I received a photograph through the mail. It was sent to the office. A photograph of you with Krystina, taken here in this room. Van Dorn is behind it. It was obviously taken with a long lens. Never the less it was taken to close for comfort."
Krystle did not know what to say, she was hardly surprised, she knew how ruthless a man Jeremy Van Dorn truly was.
"Was there a note with the photograph? "
Blake handed her the photograph, however he declined to confirm the existence of the note. It's contents would surely terrify her.
"It was Van Dorn. Make no mistake. We have to be on our guard!"
Blake leaned over ad took her by the hands, pulling her close, kissing her softly on the lips. He was certain that nothing or no one would harm his family.
ALEXIS IS THE BUSINESS WHEN IT COMES TO FASHION!
Alexis touched up her makeup before she got out of her Limo, she fixed her skirt and proceeded into the lobby of 'The Carlton'. She looked around the lobby of the hotel, so much to be done with the place. Adam sat waiting, a drink in front of him, he stood up to greet her, kissing her on the cheek.
"Darling! Where is Sybil's lawyer with those papers? I have a charity fashion show in an hour. Can't keep my old friend Claude waiting for his star attraction!"
Alexis sat down, her mind awash with interior design and exterior fashions!
"Ever so modest mother! You should be aware that Sable Colby is here. She will be present for the signing of the papers. She obviously does not believe in proxies."
Alexis sighed, she could have done without seeing Sybil's face this evening.
"Wonderful darling! So the Bitch is back! I might have known she would show her much lifted face!"
Alexis had lit up her customary cigarette, as she spied her conniving cousin coming towards her.
"Alexis! Let me guess! You are the new owner of my wonderful hotel. Still dining on vendettas?"
Sable sat down facing her cousin, wearing a smirk in place of a smile.
"Vendetta's! Don't flatter yourself Sybil! I am buying this hotel solely as a business interest. Your association with it, is purely tasteless decor, which I certainly plan to remove."
Sable was about to answer back when she spotted some new arrivals, jumping from her seat to welcome them.
"Victoria! How is my little man? Hello my little darling!"
Sable picked up her son and gave him a big hug, proudly carrying him over to meet Alexis.
"Darling! Say hello to the hotels wicked witch of the west wing and her lame dog! Alexis this is my son. Dexter Jr. So much like his father... Wouldn't you agree?"
Alexis was on high alert, she had somehow forgotten about Sable's pregnancy. Her change of life baby, as she remembered calling it at the time. She had even hoped that Sybil may have had a miscarriage, the thoughts of her carrying and giving birth to Dex's child was almost as bad as Sybil and Dex making love. If only Sybil had gone horse riding, if only Alexis had access to a shotgun, if only!
"He does look so much like his father. He is a lovely child. Let's get these papers signed. I have an event to attend."
The lawyer had since arrived and they all got down to the business at hand. Sable could tell that Alexis had gotten quite a shock, seeing Dex's child. Sable was content in the fact she had something Alexis could never have, Dex's baby, how lucky she felt. When all the papers were signed, there was no exchange of hands. Alexis bade farewell to Adam, as Frank Mulligan came towards them. She smiled at him, knowing full well that it was Sybil's turn to get a swift shock, when she sets eyes on Frank.
"Sybil! Before I go, I would like you to meet my new bodyguard! Frank this is my cousin, Sable Colby. Sybil if truth be known!"
Alexis smiled and turned and walked out of the hotel that now belonged to her. Frank exchanged greeting with Sable and followed Alexis out. Sable was dumbfounded, her heart began to race, she thought she had seen a ghost. Where did Alexis find him? He could easily be Dex's brother. Sable needed a drink, she had to learn more about Mr Mulligan!
ALEXIS IS A HEAD TURNER!
Alexis sat in the backseat of her limousine, she had almost reached her destination, she was lost in thought. She could think of nothing but seeing Dex's child. How she wished it could have been her, that bore his baby. But it was never meant to be. The car came to a halt, Alexis took a last look in her Cartier compact mirror and elegantly alighted from the car. Fallon should be here by now, to meet her.
She was surprised to see a large crowd had gathered around the entrance to the building which housed 'Fontaine Fashions'. Claude Fontaine designed for the rich and famous in Denver, not to mention from Beverly Hills to New York, to the high society hotspots of Europe.
"Mrs Colby! There seems to have been an incident. Why don't you wait in the car and I will go and see what happened."
Frank left Alexis wondering as he went to discover what exactly happened. Alexis was not one for waiting around, she had to find Fallon, she would know the details. She followed Frank up the steps to the Salon, she could hear snatches of conversation.
"Remember her father was in prison!" "Who is she?"  "Her family owns the oil company" "Is she dead?"
Alexis began to panic. Her heart began to race. Everything she had heard was all too familiar. She pushed her was through the crowd.
"My God! Fallon!"
Alexis screamed as she caught sight of her daughter lying on the steps, blood on her face. Frank grabbed Alexis by the shoulders and pulled her close.
"She has been shot! The bastard got away!"
Alexis wanted to die. But Fallon needed her now, she had to be strong.
"Don't die Fallon! You must survive! Fallon!"
