Joan Collins wins our May fashion awards
The Vogue 100 party didn’t exactly serve up as many sartorial shockers as the dreaded Met Ball, but it was hardly a vision of party chic. But then what is party chic? Is there a trickier dress demand in these times of neon Aztec printed leggings, £800 jeans and trainers covered in Swarovski crystals? It’s no wonder no one knows how to get dressed up anymore. Except Joan, obvs. Now here is a woman we can all learn from.
Knock out gold sequins via Adrianna Papell, hair with just enough volume (never too much), tousled over to one side and a slash of red lipstick. Smack down, hands down, drop your microphone Barack, the best dressed.Victoria Moss
