Newbridge has always been a town that has had a bit of a link with the high life, and next Monday 5th October, Joan Collins will be in the town to go through a display of some of her newest clothes collection and some of her most recognisable memorabilia.
The Dynasty actress will also do a press conference at the Newbridge Silverware Museum of Style Icons at around 12.20pm on the day.
‘The Collection of Dame Joan Collins’ which is being brought to the Museum of Style Icons in conjunction with Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills, showcases an array of fashion, jewellery, decorative arts and other must-see items belonging to the screen icon.
Highlights include magnificent couture dresses from the 1960s, costumes and designer fashions as worn on screen for global hit shows such as Dynasty, cinema memorabilia, art, furniture and much, much more.
The collection will be on display to the public free of charge at the Museum of Style Icons, Newbridge, Co. Kildare until Sunday, 8th November. The exhibition is a world exclusive and will give fans of the critically acclaimed Hollywood actress a once in a lifetime opportunity to see these prized items before they go on sale in December at auction house to the stars, Julien’s Auctions in Beverley Hills. ...
