Joan finally became a Dame today as she received the honour from Prince Charles at a ceremony at Buckingham Palace... Joining Joan at the Palace was daughter Tara and Son Sacha and of course Percy... Joan enjoyed lunch at The Wolsely to celebrate with family and friends including Jackie... Congratulations to Dame Joan!
