PHOTO OF THE DAY : 21 YEARS OF VARIETY AT THE SAVOY!

This gathering of British entertainment veterans comes from 1979 and was taken outside the Savoy hotel in London, which hosted a Variety Club luncheon in honour of Cliff Richard who was celebrating 21 years in Showbuisness.. With Joan and Cliff are Anita Harris, Elaine Paige and Patti Boulaye.. I had the pleasure of seeing all the above recently, with Patti among the audience at Joan's show in London in October.. Like Joan the others seem ageless!
