ON THE COVER : RTE GUIDE ... FEBRUARY 1991

This issue of long running Irish listings magazine, features Joan on the cover as she appeared in the RTE series "My Riviera" that week on RTE television, Ireland's national TV station.  This series featured a different celebrity every week including Roger Moore and Charles Aznavour. RTE Guide was first published in 1961 and was called RTV Guide, but changed to RTE Guide in 1966, it is still published to this day...
