CAMPAIGN TIME : CANNON MILLS 1984

This original photo features Joan's popular Cannon Mills towel ad from 1984. This campaign also used "Dallas" star Larry Hagman in a different ad. Both stars were the most popular stars on TV at the time. The president of Cannon Mills Max Messmer said at the time.
"The ads focus on personalities and are quite modest, they are the most unique advertising campaign in the home furnishing industry ever to appear. We wanted something unique, typically Cannon!"
