CORE's Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon have been challenged with revitalizing a stale listing on the market for a year: a $2.2M pied-a-terre owned by legendary actress Joan Collins. Joan is counting on them to get the job done after listing with three previous brokers. Agent Deborah Lupard has friends who own a beautiful, historic house in New Paltz. They're ready to sell and move onto the next chapter of their lives; so, they enlist Deborah's help with selling their property. Because Deborah's not familiar with real estate in New Paltz, she decides to find the right local agent with whom she can team up.

Joan Collins shocks Clare Balding with a wedding plan
WHEN Clare Balding left home for the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards she couldn’t have suspected the evening would end in an indirect marriage proposal orchestrated by none other than actress Joan Collins.

Clare was celebrating being named Best Presenter for her work on the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics during the party at London’s Berkeley Square Gardens with former Radio 4 newsreader partner Alice Arnold.
“The House of Lords voted two to one in favour of supporting the gay marriage Bill,” explained Clare, 42, who marked her civil partnership with Alice at a ceremony in 2006.
“We’ve been talking about it at our table and Joan said, ‘When are you and Alice going to get married?’ And Alice said, ‘In three years’ time’ which I didn’t know but apparently that’s what’s happening. And Joan asked if she could come to the wedding. I said, ‘Yeah, of course.’”
Other guests included Downton Abbey starJoanne Froggatt, 31, who won the UK TV Actress Award but told us that she had to head home early to be up again for filming the fourth series of the hit drama.
And while ball gowns and summer frocks were the order of the day at the bash, trend-settingCara Delevingne went for something a little bit different. The 20-year-old model of the moment ensured that she stood out from the crowd in skinny black trousers and a T-shirt emblazoned with a picture of a woman’s bottom and the legend Squeeze This. We’ll all be wearing them next season.

 Joan in Benidorm!Last year’s rumours finally came to fruition; Joan Collins came to Benidorm to make a guest appearance on the popular hit comedy series of the same name and boy did we love it! The crowds were unbelievable! David Beckham himself could not have caused more of a stir and even the Spaniards were smitten because they all remember her as the wicked Alexis Carrington in Dynasty! Apparently a big fan of the show which she watches with her sister Jackie over in tinsel town, Joan swept into Spain on her private jet (oh yes, no RyanAir for Ms Collins!) and was then chauffeured across resort in a Rolls no less! And she looked absolutely gorgeous – especially if you consider she recently celebrated an important birthday (if you don’t know how old we’re not telling – it’s rude to talk about a lady’s age!). But despite her celebrity status, Joan was gracious and polite throughout – with no hint of Diva, behaving just as a screen Goddess should. She waved to the Benidorm crowds and posed for photos just as if she was on a red carpet Hollywood Oscars night…. Joan we love you, you really are ‘The best of British’! Joan Plays Chrystal According to Joan Collins’ blog, in the series she is playing Chrystal, the CEO of the Solana Hotel Group and she is a thorn in the side of the Hotel Manager Joyce Temple-Savage played by Sherrie Hewson (ooohh sounds bitchy….. we can feel an Alexis style catfight coming!).
