VIDEO FLASHBACK : THE PERFECT TEN .. SCREEN DISTRIBUTION / BLACKBIRD .. 1995

Recently I featured a photo which was used to promote Joan's 1995 video 'The Perfect Ten', which was a follow up to her hit exercise tape 'Secrets of Fitness & Beauty'. I had a few queries as some were unaware of this video, which only came out in the UK, unlike 'Secrets' which got a wider release. 'The Perfect Ten' concentrated on diet and recipes created by chef Ross Burden and featured Joan shopping for ingredients and throwing a dinner party for guests including Christopher Biggins, who also produced the video.
