As I featured a photo of Joan in her dressing room before she gets made up for an episode of 'Tonight at 8.30'.. Here is an after shot, featuring Joan as the grotesque Lavinia in 'Family Album'.. as you can see Joan had a false nose and ghoulish teeth applied to create the look of a victorian spinster!
