Although Joan has attended many a book signing over the years, another media was the focus of an exclusive signing event in 1994 for the release of her lifestyle video 'Secrets of Fitness & Beauty', which was released due to the hugh success of Joan's book 'My Secrets'. This video release was followed by a video called 'The Perfect Ten'.. Of course Joan was one of the first to release a video which featured diet and excersise when she released 'The Joan Collins Video Special' in 1980 and which was a great success even spawning a best selling lp 'The Joan Collins Beauty and Exercise Record'..
