'Desperately sad' Joan Collins posts heartbreaking tweet about 'incredible' sister Jackie
JOAN COLLINS told fans she was feeling "desperately sad" this morning following her sister Jackie's death on Saturday.
The actress took to her Twitter page to say she was trying to stay strong, just like her novelist sibling would have wanted.
Joan said it was "hard" losing her little sister, who died of breast cancer at her Los Angeles home at the weekend.

"Desperately sad today but I know Jackie would want me to be strong but it's hard to lose somebody so wonderful, so incredible and loving," Joan wrote to her 142,000 followers.
The former Dynasty star also shared an old snap of the pair, sporting 80s perms and sat on thrones.
Joan captioned it: "Wherever you are, my darling sister, you deserve a red carpet and a throne."
Her emotional posts come on the same day that a British cancer charity was named a beneficiary by Jackie, who passed away aged 77.
Penny Brohn Cancer Care is one of two charities fans of the author are being invited to make donations to in lieu of flowers.
The charity specialises in holistic therapies including emotional support and nutritional advice for people living with the disease.
After her death, Jackie's family - who had been kept in the dark about her illness - said they were inviting donations to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Organisation in America as well as Penny Brohn.
The Bristol-based organisation thanked the star in a statement today: "We were deeply saddened to hear that beloved and inspirational, best-selling British author Jackie Collins OBE has died of breast cancer. Our thoughts are with her family and friends.
"Penny Brohn Cancer Care is honoured to hear that trailblazer Jackie, who was adored by family, friends and the legion of fans she entertained for over four decades, has chosen us as a beneficiary in lieu of flower donations.
"Every penny raised will help Penny Brohn continue to help thousands of people facing cancer and their families."
