VIDEO FLASHBACK : SECRETS OF FITNESS USA .. 1998

This cover is for the USA version of Joan's first workout video .. "Secrets of Fitness & Beauty", first released in 1994 in the UK. This version features a fabulous photo of Joan on the front. The video was produced by Christopher Biggins and Sally Bell and features the music of  Shakatak and Imagination, two of my favourite 80's pop groups. Joan and her trainer Tonia Czerniawskyi guide viewers through forty minutes of warm up and stretch, arms and chest, waist, legs, abdominals, gluteus maximus, stretch and cool down!
